Information you provide
Information submitted through website accounts, enquiries and service requests can include your name, contact details, account details, billing or delivery details, transaction references and the content of your messages. Website technologies
This website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Login, session and other website technologies can use cookies or similar storage to support website functions. Statistics and security tools also operate on this website. Your browser provides controls for cookies and local storage; restricting them can affect website functions. This notice is not a substitute for any consent required for non-essential tracking.
Questions about processing and retention
You can ask High Sweety what personal information it holds about you, why it is processed, who receives it, whether it is transferred outside South Africa and what retention period applies. Relevant handling can depend on the service requested and applicable legal, accounting and security obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or that every record can be erased immediately.
Your privacy requests
To request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, or to raise an objection or privacy concern, email orders@highsweety.co.za with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and provide a relevant account email or reference. Identity verification may be necessary before personal information is disclosed or changed. Applicable legal requirements can limit a request.
For information about your rights or lodging a complaint, consult the Information Regulator of South Africa.
